With over 40 years of uninterrupted experience, Cecilia Regules Viajes remains much more than a travel agency: it’s a way of understanding tourism—with passion, commitment, and dedication. Founded in 1981 by Cecilia Regules, a pioneer of rural and ski tourism in Uruguay, the agency was born from a vision to create authentic and personalized experiences for those who wish to travel actively, consciously, and meaningfully.

From the very beginning, we were innovators: we took Uruguayan families to discover the snow in Argentina and Chile when no one else was doing it, and we promoted rural tourism as a way to connect with the identity of local communities. Over the years, we’ve grown thanks to the trust of hundreds of individuals, companies, schools, embassies, and institutions that have chosen our guidance for their leisure, educational, or business trips.

We believe that travel is not just about moving—it’s about living, learning, enjoying, and connecting. That’s why we accompany our clients every step of the way, with deep knowledge, close attention, and love for what we do.

Today, with a network of travelers around the world and a wealth of accumulated experience, we continue to design tailor-made journeys with the same enthusiasm as on our very first day
